Flexible Tube Masking Rack

This rack accepts most profile shapes, it eliminates taping entirely for most profiles. An optional TUBE LOADER is available, it is capable of loading a 20 foot profile in 30 seconds, $11,000-$13,000 (beneficial for high volume applications).

Slit flexible tubing can be purchased separately at $2.20 per foot. The wall thickness and tube diameter has been established to provide maximum flexibility for window and door profiles.

Drying Rack

After initial drying (normally with IR) the masking rack can be unloaded onto the drying rack where profiles can further cure prior to being introduced into production.

Rolling Table

This table is excellent for painting small accessory components such as grids, and screen frame. Welded boxes can also be painted horizontally. The mesh surface, eliminates "bounce back" , all overspray is evacuated from under the table by the down draft from the spray booth.
